Cancellation Policy

• A member can place the cancellation order for a particular membership Id within 7-15 days of service agreement via a proper mail or direct contact with us.
• No cancellation is possible for the Id offered with special occasions discounts like Independence Day, Christmas, New Year and any other special discount. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refunds would not be possible.
• In no case, Startling World Services will take immediate response regarding cancellation requests made for services such as GPS trackers, member Id.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded for API services in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
• A member Id stands cancel if next payment is not received within 7- 10 working days.

Refund Policy

• No refund is possible for the wallet recharge, once you recharge your wallet then you will be used for services only.
• A refund would not be initiated for the work already completed.
• No refund is possible for the payment paid for the API Services, SEO, development and web designing charges.
• Fees paid on services levied by regulatory bodies will not be refunded with a fee refund.
• The Cases of projects cancelation:.
• If you cancel the project for any reason
• 10 Days Company will refund 70% of the payment made to him.
• 20 Days Company will refund him 50% of the payment made to him.
• 30 days the company will refund 40% of the payment made to him.
• The 40 days company will not refund him any fee for the payment made to him.
• These payments are charged for the work done by the company. If you cancel the project for any reason, then you have to tell the company 10 reasons from work. Then the company will refund your payment or it will be finalized.
• Any return to service will not be canceled due to a violation of the terms stated in our Terms of Service and Rules section.
• If there is a delay or service interruption due to third party involvement, payment cannot be made to pay.



The rate is quoted in INR and 18% are exclusive of Government of India GST which will be collected at the final quotation.



• If in any case we found you are using our plateform for money laundering we will hold you profile along with payment.
• In any case any department will raised query upon any single txn. we will share them details, case of further investagation after details sharing we will hold your profile.
• Due to any txn. if we face Legal Elegance we will hold your profile with your balance until the matter will solve. During that time period profile holder will be liable to compensate our business losses.
